Staff members were on hand at the January 22nd, 2007, Board of Education Meeting to show their support of the district's choice for Employee of the Month. Margaret Pieper, special education paraprofessional at Aldrich Elementary School, recieved this honor.

Ms. Pieper starts each day outside greeting students as they arrive. She sees it as an opportunity to make our students feel special and welcome. She is genuinely concerned with the progress of each student and encourges them all to do their best. We are fortunate to have her at Aldrich where she makes a positive impact on many lives.

This is Ms. Pieper's second career having served as a nurse for the American Red Cross.
