Mrs. Barb Sheppard

Mrs. Sheppard grew up in Papillion, Nebraska and graduated from Papillion-LaVista High School. Mrs. Sheppard attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where she met her husband, Matt. They started their teaching careers in Grand Island, Nebraska. While in Grand Island, Mrs. Sheppard taught elementary and middle school students. She attended Kearney State College and earned a Masters Degree in Education Administration.

Mrs. Sheppard and her husband have three children, all boys; Graham Sidney, Guy, and Gus. When she is not at school, she loves spending time with her family. Mrs. Sheppard also enjoys reading, cooking, running, and sewing.

She is thrilled and honored to be a part of the Black Elk School family.
