Van Ruggeri was born and raised in the Chicago metropolitan area and recently relocated to Omaha earlier this summer. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees from National-Louis University in Evanston, Illinois in the areas of Elementary Education and Curriculum & Instruction. She is excited to continue her career in Omaha and is looking forward to beginning her ninth year of teaching with her third grade students.
