The Stupendous Dodgeball Fiasco

In the story Phillip's parents work for a circus. His father is a clown and his mother is the fat lady for the Windy Van Hooten Circus.   Phillip moves to a town called Harding Town, which is the unofficial dodge ball capital of the world. In Harding Town dodge ball is very vicious, so Phillip goes to court to stop the school from making people play dodge ball during gym time. Will Phillip succeed or will he fail?
