Mrs. Shepard - Kindergarten
My name is Mrs. Shepard and I am a native Omahan. After graduating from Westside, I graduated from UN-L, with a dual degree in SPED and Elementary ED. I then got married, had my only child, a daughter named Brooke, and started graduate school at Creighton U. My Masters Degree is in Learning Disabilities. I also have done work in Early Childhood, which is why I am so excited to be teaching in Core Kindergarten. I love my little students!!
About a year ago, my husband and I moved up north of here, by Blair. We live just up the hill from a lake, and it is great to look out any window along the entire back of the house and see the lake. But the great joys of my life are my grandson, Caleb and my granddaughter, Carley.
Caleb is 5 years old, and Carley is 5 months old. They keep my daughter busy, but they are adorable. Luckily, I see them several times a week, so I can spoil them!!
