Mrs. Svoboda - 3rd Grade
Hi! My name is Nancy Svoboda, and this is my third year teaching third grade Core. Before that, I enjoyed getting to know the staff and many of the students here, while spending six years as a substitute teacher at Cather.
I was born and raised in the Chicago area, and have a B.S. in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. I am currently working on my masters degree in curriculum development at Peru State University.
In my free time I enjoy reading, golf, and spending time with my husband, John and our daughter, who is a graduate of the Millard Core Academy!
