Discipline

The District Discipline Committee consists of principals and assistant principals who review the Standards for Student Conduct as well as other disciplinary issues or concerns.  This committee meets on a monthly basis.  All of the schools have a Violence Prevention Plan in place to help reduce the number of violent acts in their school.

Staff development on bullying and harassment

• Presentations on bullying were provided in every school to increase awareness of the devastating effects of this behavior.

Reporting bullying and harassment

• Every referral which alleged bullying or harassment was investigated by administrator(s).
• Every proven allegation of bullying or harassment must be given a consequence.
