Hi. My name is Debbie Carlson. I have been teaching preschool and kindergarten students since 1974 (Council Bluffs Schools, The Gingerbread House Preschool, and Millard Public Schools.) This will be the first year that the early childhood education program will be at Hitchcock. Our program was formerly at Sandoz Elementary.
I am married. My son, Zack, is a sophomore at U.N.O. He will be living in a frat house this year ! ! ! Yikes ! ! ! I have a Black Labrador Retriever, Carly Sue. In my spare time (??? ) I love to shop, knit, garden, and play bunco. Two years ago I wrote and published a children’s picture book, so that kept me busy for quite a while. I am looking forward to a GREAT year as a Hitchcock Tiger.
