Kiewit Reads

This year, we now have a link on our Kiewit web page where students can go to get "reviews" of Accelerated Reading books that are written by students. These "reviews" will be posted here for students in the near future. Students will be able to access this page to get reviews of AR books they may choose to read. Students wishing to submit a review of an Accelerated Reading book will need to submit the review via e-mail to Mrs. Page at apage@mpsomaha.org. In the review, you will need to include: Name of Book, Author, Reading level, Points, Genre, and a review (not giving away the ending). Click Example Template for format in upper right hand corner of this page. You should also give the book a rating of one to five stars (with 5 being the best). Each month we will have a drawing including the students that submitted book reviews that month. Prizes will be awarded to students getting their names drawn each month. An example of a realistic book by Mrs. Page can be found on the left side of this page under realistic.
