Thursday, May 8 PE B

 6 TH GRADE CHORUS will be singing at the Grandparents’ Breakfast on Friday. Please meet Mrs. Fleury in the bandroom at 8:50.

 8 TH GRADERS - Please turn in your recognition forms. Friday, May 9 will be the last day we will accept them.

 SPEECH TEAM - There will be a brief meeting on Thursday at 2:45 in room #304. If you completed at tournaments this year you need to attend. If you can not attend please stop and talk to Ms. Newgard before Thursday.

 Millard North summer camp information has arrived . Flyers are available across from the office window for the Millard North/Kiewit Basketball Camp and Millard North Football Camp. You may also get both flyers from the boys' PE office. Mrs. Lunzman, Mr. Drummond, and Mr. Rhodes also have some extra basketball camp flyers. Both camps feature Millard North high school coaches. Pick up these brochures today and show your parents. Be a part of the winning tradition of Millard North athletics.

The elementary principals have requested your assistance with this. If you are going to pick up a younger sibling, you may wait quietly and patiently by the doors.

Monday, May 5 PE A

 Students are reminded that they are not to go to the elementary schools after school to hang out and/or play on the school equipment. The elementary principals have requested your assistance with this. If you are going to pick up a younger sibling, you may wait quietly and patiently by the doors.

 Join the Omaha City Fun - Everyone is invited to attend the People of Prominence-Early Omaha City history night.  Barbeque of hot dogs, chips and drink start at 5:30 p.m. followed by the Omaha City song and early Omaha poetry.  At 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. visit various sites throughout Kiewit to hear about Omaha City stories, trivia, facts and pictures as well as visit some student re-enactors of early Omaha residents.  You can also sign up to ride a bus on Saturday morning to Prospect Hill Cemetery for a private tour bus leaves at 8:30 a.m. and returns at 11:30.

  8th grade students trained in 40 Developmental Assets as well as other 8th graders interested in being trained in 40 DA. B needs to meet with you in the pit during SHARE on Monday, May 5 to meet Millard North High School's 40 Developmental Leaders.  They are planning to some fun activities as you move on to Millard North High School.

B needs to see the following students about Washington DC trip:   Katie Cook, Haley Dresser, Sarah Lafferty, Katie Mattes, Patrick McCue, Sophia Miller, Ruby Mussman, Andrew Pravecek, Jayne Preucil
