If you do not complete this form, your final transcripts will not be sent to your college. Not having your final transcripts may prevent you from registering for classes. OOPS! I missed the Omaha World Herald Deadline!!! If you missed the Omaha World Herald deadline for listing your scholarships, you can still turn them in for the graduation program. Please list ALL scholarship awards, whether you are accepting them or not. We want you to be recognized for all your hard work and efforts!! If you have questions, please stop in the Counseling Center. |
