SENDING YOUR ACT SCORES
Did you take the ACT and not have your scores sent anywhere? Or did you send your ACT scores to schools you are no longer interested in, but have become interested in new choices? Do you need to send your scores to the NCAA Clearinghouse? If you need to send your scores directly from ACT to a school, you now have two options. You can submit an “Additional Score Report” online via the ACT website at www.act.org. To complete an Additional Score Report online, the following information is needed:

  • Student’s name, social security number (or ACT ID) and date of birth
  • Test date (month & year) for which you are requesting an Additional Score Report
  • VISA or MasterCard, cardholder’s name, credit card number, and expiration date.

Please Note: If you only had your ACT scores sent to your home, that means your Millard South counselor does not have an ACT test label or test score for you. That also means that you must always send your ACT scores to colleges via the “Additional Score Report”. Colleges & universities will not accept a photocopy of your ACT report – even if you provide a copy for your counselor.
