Percussion, sax, trumpet, and trombone players involved in band may also audition for the jazz band. bass, piano, and guitar players may audition during October. Students participate in concerts, jazz festivals, tours, and dances. Music performed by the MSHS jazz band includes a variety of jazz, Latin, fusion, and rock.
