Student Assessments
During the three years that your student attends Russell Middle School, a number of assessments are administered for the purpose of evaluating academic progress. This page will explain the types of assessments and the timeline for the administration of the assessment. The assessments for each of the three grades are outlined below. Click here to view the Calendar of Assessments. Please note that in some cases, your 8th grade student might be scheduled to “retake” an assessment. Your parent report would have indicated that s/he did not meet the cut score.
