Birthday Book Club

The Sandoz Birthday Book Club is here to help children celebrate! This is how the Birthday Book Club works. Children can purchase a book for the library. On or near their birthday, the child brings $5.00 in an envelope with their name on it to school. The child's teacher will send the birthday child to the library to select their book from a special Birthday Book Club collection. A special bookplate with the child's name will be affixed to the book and she/he will be the first student to check it out. The child will also receive a bookmark and a pencil to mark this special event.

The Birthday Book Club is a voluntary program. Its continuing success is due to the pride both students and parents take in their school and Media Center, and especially expresses our shared love of reading. Wouldn't you like to be a part of this program?
