Community Service Group

This is the Wheeler Community Service Group's second year of working together to improve our community.   Some of last year's projects included making and delivering Valentines to a retirement home in Omaha, making notes and cards for soldiers at war, and collecting many supplies for the Humane Society and delivering them to the Humane Society.   We also toured the facilities and learned a great deal about helping animals.

This year we hope to expand our efforts to include cleaning a neighborhood park, collecting food for the Food Bank, having a Christmas toy drive for the children in the hospital and many more activities to help our community.

We meet twice a month on Thursdays as well as meeting for our community services.   Wheeler students work together to create a better community.
