Technology Club

Numerous technology clubs are held in the morning throughout the year and are open to different grade levels at different times. Sign up sheets for the clubs go home in Friday folders and enrollment is determined by a lottery of the returned forms if we have more than 15 students interested in any club.

Some of our past clubs have included web design, power point, web surfing, and digital camera use.

Our most recentt club was comprised of fifth graders. During this time, Mrs. Naber and Mrs. Strain tuaght students how to use Garage Band, a program that allows students to create their own songs and iPhoto, an editing program for digital photos. By the end of September our fifth graders had created music and slide shows which we will share with parents during our book fair.
