Lines
Students brainstormed all of the different kinds of lines an artist may use. With this list students sketched lines on 9"x12" white drawing paper. After sketches were complete, students used oil pastels to trace their lines and fill in the spaces.

be straight, curved, thick, thin, even, uneven, wavy, zigzag, and
