Everyone came rushing into the classroom loudly. When everyone was reading, and cleaning their desks, they were quiet. Mr. Vincent was telling us about the happy and sad faces. When the class’ behavior makes Mr. Vincent happy, he’ll record a happy face tally. When Mr. Vincent is sad about the behavior, he makes a tally under a sad face. If the class has more happy than sad faces, we get an extra long recess! During math, we were checking Math Boxes 8.11. Then it was time for a blue review worksheet. Some people didn't finish theirs yet. There’s a difficult test coming up on Monday! Gymsic was fun this time. We got to pick the dances that we wanted to do. Everyone had a great time. Spelling was right around the corner. Today was Wednesday, and we had to do a spelling pretest. The rule was often confused words. Most of the class thought it was hard. Then it was time for WART. For WART we got to go outside to OLE to read silently. Instead of art we went to the computer lab to do some research and our power points about famous artists like Monet and Warhol. For lunch A choice was hamburger, and the B choice was PB and J. After lunch we had recess. Recess was very fun. It took most of my energy out. The we had an extra recess, because we had more happy than sad faces. When we were outside they was a fire drill. It wasted most of our extra recess, but we had to follow the rules. When we came inside from recess we had ruler balancing contests. It was very fun to watch them. Today was Wednesday, and we get out early. The bell rang, and everyone hurried out of the door ready to go home. |
