Mr. Vincent told the class that he was the only one who could tell an April Fool's Day joke. We knew he was going to get us today. We couldn't wait!
Math was interesting as always. Everyone listened and worked hard. We learned about a lot about coordinate grids and plotting points.
After Math, we went to Music. We sang today and made beautiful music. Mrs. Noble got out some instruments. It was a blast!
Reading was our next subject. We read "The Midnight Ride of Paul Revere." It was a great poem. It had lots of words I did know, though!
It was our lucky day! We got to go to the Computer Lab. We had time to work on our artist reports. Mr. Vincent showed us how to many dazzling animations in PowerPoint. He warned us not to be too fancy, otherwise our audience would focus on the dazzle instead of the information!
Then, it was time for lunch. We even had an extra recess because we had more smiling faces than sad faces. The day was sunny and bright.
It was Pop Quiz day in Social Studies. After the quiz, we learned about the signing of the U.S. Constitution? Mr. Vincent read some more Harry Potter. Then it was dismissal and we rushed out of the door to go home.
