Students come in eager for the last day of the week to start. Lots of students happily sighed, "It is Friday." The morning message told us to study for our Social Studies quiz redo. After that, the class played “In A Row.” “In A Row” is a game where you try to get as many questions about the quiz right as you can. David got a record of eight in a row.
In math, we checked our Math Boxes 9.2. Then we marked coordinates on the chalkboard. We also did math journal pages 306, 307, and 308. We did Math Boxes 9.3, and did another “In A Row” game. David's record still holds up strongly.

It was time for Gym. We played Pirate's Treasure. It is where you and your teammates try to get treasure to your island before the sharks get you. In the end, the team with the most treasures wins.

After Gym we read 1787 in our social studies book. It was about the Constitution and how our founding fathers wrote it and signed it. Our founding fathers had very tough decisions to make.

After the story, we watched The Westing Game movie called Get a Clue. It is almost exactly like the book The Westing Game, although some characters were missing. It is a very good movie.

Then it was time for lunch. We had yummy chicken nuggets and fish sandwiches.

After lunch, we did a spelling worksheet about synonyms and antonyms, which wasn't too hard.

After a little spelling worksheet it was time for the Social Studies quiz redo. Lots of students were eager to take the redo to get a better grade. Almost every body got better scores on the redo than the original quiz.

It was p.g.f. (Palm game Friday). We earned the game Summing on our Palms. You try to add numbers together to get a certain number. It is a pretty tough game.

Finally, it was time to go home for the relaxing weekend.
