The class scattered as they came into the room this morning. We turned in our worksheets and looked at the substitute teacher, Mrs F.
Then we started on math with geoboards so we could find the area of a rectangle. After that, we started on math page 310, we got to use the geoboards to help us with 310 too! The lesson was 9.4. Then, we did page 311. We then did page 312 and a worksheet.
Next, we went to music and used the instruments for the first time. We then started book groups for April. Then we got started on some Mad-Libs. Then Mrs.Fahrenholz had us we read to ourselves. Then we went to the lunchroom for some yummy corn dogs or macaroni.
Recess was great. It was nice out. When we came back in we had a spelling proofreading worksheet.
For social studies we made board games for the Unit 9 test to help us study. Unit 9 is all about the writing of the U.S. Constitution. Then, Mrs. Magstadt came to our class. She talked about the difference between good and bad. We then headed outside for extra recess to end our day. That was another exciting day in Mr. Vincent's class!
