Today, everyone sled into the school to get started with our day so maybe we could get extra recess!
First, we started off with practice on our Quizzler and finishing our art. Most people probably got done with their art today because we had so much time to work on it.
Next, we had math. For math we reviewed what we already knew with our substitute, Ms. Buckingham. We had Math Boxes and a Study Link. They were pretty easy, but the Study Link was harder.
Furthermore, we had music. For music we also had a substitute. We did our packets, (not really packets anymore). Well, what I mean is, we tore everything off accept for one page. That page was the "make up your own rhythm" page. My group had just finished when it was time to go.
In addition, we had WART, (Writing And Reading Time). For WART, we did our usual groups . Today I was in the independent reading group. So that meant I had to write down a definition and three thoughts we had as we read. Also, we went to the computer lab. We did Larson Math and even some of us did Type For Fun! We also read The Daily Planet.
Next, we had lunch. The menu A choice was cheese pizza and B was turkey sandwich. I had the turkey sandwich.
For spelling we had to do a yellow sheet with a partner. We also had to do a page in the book. We had a choice for the page in the book to do it with a partner.
Furthermore, we had Social Studies. For Social Studies we watched Liberty’s Kids. We were going to practice the Quizzler but we didn't have enough time.
Finally, the bell rang. We all jumped out of the school to play with our friends. It was such a beautiful day!
