Today the kids sprinted into the classroom. Then they read the board. We had to try to figure out a game called Algebraf. To me it is a very very challenging game. I think a lot of people have completed the first level though. After that we watched WillowCam. Today our first grade buddies did WillowCam. Mr. Vicent said, "The microphones must not be working,” because it was difficult to hear the first graders’ voices. Next we did math. For math we had to take a test. Aaron said, "It was going to be a piece of cake." Hope everyone got an A. Next we went to gym. In gym we had to run the mile. Aaron got the best score in the grade. He got 6 minutes and 27 seconds. Wow, that’s good! After that three visitors came in. They were from Nebraska and Missouri. We taught them about Palms. Everyone broke up into groups. I don't remember about other people but I was in the writing group. Next, we had lunch. For lunch the A choice was pepperoni pizza and the B choice was a chicken patty. I chose pepperoni pizza. It was okay. Then we came back from an astounding recess and had a boring spelling paper. But then we got to watch a movie. There was a bad part though. We had to write down ten things about the movie. The movie was 46 minutes long but we did not watch it all. Then since Mr. Vincent was feeling generous, he gave us an extra recess. On our extra recess we played freeze tag. Andrew did the best. He said, "I only got out once." When we got into the room the bell rang. All the kids put up there chairs and dashed out of the room the same way they came in. |
