We are back from the weekend. Today is going to be a weird day for all of us because Ms. Sanborn and the other classmates that were in Safety Patrol got to go to a Baseball game and the rest of us that were not on Safety Patrol had to still stay at school but it was really fun.. But the morning started out with us timing ourselves with our TimerMathFacts then after that Ms. Sanborn’s class came in and sat at the open desks we did a lot of stuff today.Then after everybody settled in we had both Music and P.E but first we had to do Music first Mrs. Noble had us all play Musical Baseball it was really fun but most the kids didn't know the songs that she played. Now you know that it was time for P.E today in P.E we all had a substitute teacher Mrs. Buckingham. We all played steal the balls from the other team it was fun because we played class verse class then we played boys verse the girls and the girls won that one it was so fun. Now we had a choice of doing a game on our handhelds called Day Trader this game is all about making a lot of money. Some people made over $7,000 now that is a whole lot of money making all at different company's, or we could also do some silent reading until it was time for computer lab. In the computer lab since we are all learning how to make money we got to go on the internet and go to some money making games like, selling Lemonade and how to sell it, it was a really fun thing to experience it also took a little brain power to think of it. Yum yum! It's lunch time for lunch we had tacos with meat sauce. Today was a beautiful day to play out at recess it was really fun. After lunch and recess we had Study Skills with Mrs. Magstadt our school counselor we played Study Skills Bingo. I never won a bingo but almost everybody won except for me. Guess what we got to play Fish. It is a game were you either are a little fish or a big fish and Ms. Sanborn’s class were the little fish first than Mr. Vincent's class were the big fish. We all went outside to the Outdoor Learning Environment it was really fun because we got to teach the other class. Soon the Safety Patrol members returned from the Royals baseball game. They had a good time. Mr. Vincent gave a spelling proofreading assignment. The students worked quietly until the bell echoed through Willowdale’s Back
