To start off the day we wrote about our weekend. Charlie said to me, "For dinner yesterday I had marinated chicken. I said, "I had medium rare cooked steak for Mother's Day dinner." What stinks about the weekend is that my mom had to work all weekend.
In Math, we checked page 376. Taylor, my friend, said he got 100%. After that, we used our marker boards to help us with perimeter, area, circumference, and pi. To help us with circumference, we also did a radius and diameter Study Link. Since we were talking, we all had to do Math Box 10.7.
At Music, Mrs. Noble, played a rhythm with a drum. We all got our drums and played the rhythm back to her.
When we got back to the classroom, we got out our IRB books. After we read our books, Emily asked me, "What are we doing next?"
Mr. Vincent said, "We are going to read the Great Body Shop.” We read about half of the magazine. When we were done reading the magazine, we worked on our interactive stories. At that time, it was lunch.
At lunch, out choices were A-Pizza and B-Turkey Sandwich. Brad told me he liked the pizza at Russell Middle School better than here. During recess, Mrs. Lindeman let us write down our team members for Track and Field Day.
When we got back in the classroom, Mr. Vincent gave us a Check It Out worksheet for spelling. When we were done with that we could work on other work assigned today,
In science, we were trying to make a ping-pong ball go to Mars. We made a launch pad and made a landing pad in the room. Today we sketched out a design to make the ping pong ball go to the landing pad with balloon power,
At 2:45pm, we started the weekly News Bowl. The Yellow Team won the contest. Charlie was on the Blue Team and he said, "I love this game!"
At 3:25 everyone left school after a very hard day of school
