This is the spread from our final "No Late Assignments" potluck.	Like always, students load up their plates!	Students walk to Russell Middle School.	The fifth graders' future school is in the background.	Let's go inside!
Lunch at Russell was yummy.	Students make balloon rockets to deliver a "probe" to "Mars."	Students are hard at work designing their rockets.	Will these balloons make it to "Mars?"	"Mars" is a circle on the other side of the classroom.
Students time taps on their handhelds to test Crickometer and other programs.	The class constructs In/Out charts to discover the formulas the Palm programs use.	Partners work to solve the problems.	Students work well together!	Students construct rockets from film canisters.
