Visitors Book II: Things
by Taylor H.

Visitors Book II: Things was a really cool book. The authors of this book are Rodman Philbrick and Lynn Harnett. This book really had a lot of suspense.

This book is about three kids who are trying to save their town from aliens. Aliens took over all the parents in town and are trying to get the three kids. The aliens controlled people by going in the victims' ears and taking over their brains. So Nick, Jessie, and Frasier are trying to save their parents from the alien control, but they can't figure out how. Nick's twin, Jessie, disappears and he can tell, because it's a twin thing, that she is with the aliens. Nick and Frasier try to rescue her, but will they?

I liked this book because it was so exciting. Another reason I liked it is because it was suspenseful. I was always wondering what was going to happen on the next page. Also, the author was really descriptive so I could picture exactly what was happening.

Visitors Book II: Things was a science fiction story. The book described the close relationship of twins, Jessie and Nick, and their close friend, Frasier. It showed the importance of friends and how they will do anything to help each other. It was also about courage and bravery. Visitors Book II: Things left me wondering what would happen in the third book.
