Point Blank
by Anthony Horowitz
I have created a new book review for you to look at today. I just read a book called Point Blank, and it is an outstanding book. The author is Anthony Horowitz, and now let's get started! I know you will want to read this book the second after you've read the review.
Now at this time I will tell a summary of the book. Alex Rider gets in trouble because he tried to put a drug dealership out of business. Now the M-16 (England's special operations) has him in a situation that if he declines the mission they really need him to do, he will have to go to jail. His mission is to go to the Point Blanc academy under cover as Alex Friend, see if there are any strange doings, and report back to M-16. He accepts the mission, and has to stay with a rich family. It was a nightmare, but then a lady from the academy of Point Blanc finally takes him away. He hits off a friendship with James Sprintz, but one day James starts acting strange, what will happen? Read the book to find out.
This book was as action packed as when the Swat Teams go in for action. It is as mysterious as Bigfoot. These are the two main reasons why I like this book, and I like how it keeps you hanging on the edge of your seat. I don't want to give away the ending, but I can guarantee that you'll be reading intently when the action comes. A short way to tell how I feel about this book is that I like it as much as my favorite food.
I think what the author tried to tell through this story was that you don't have to be great at something to do great things. This is true because nearly every week people that have no training become heroes. This is a great message, and with this, I hope you figured out that this is an excellent book in many ways. Now go read!
