"Drowning Boy"

Your neighbor is four years old and he is trotting around the edge of the pool.  There is a rock coming out of the cement, which he trips and soars through the greyish air doing twists, turns and what seems to be flips to the human eye.  Splat, he fell right into the water.

You call the police.

You throw something at the boy.
