The U.S. Department of Education has recognized Aldrich and Reeder Elementary Schools as Blue Ribbon Schools. Overall, 353 public and private schools were designated as National Blue Ribbon Schools for 2023. The recognition is based on a school's overall academic performance or progress in closing achievement gaps among student groups on assessments.
Only four schools in Nebraska received the designation, so we are very proud to have two of them! Congratulations to Aldrich and Reeder Elementary Schools for this outstanding honor. The National Blue Ribbon Schools program validates and celebrates high standards and exemplary achievement.
