Millard is a strong supporter of activities and athletics, and with good reason. Our students who are involved in school outside of the classroom are consistently good performers in the classroom. Our students excel in their extracurricular activities. Millard regularly celebrates regional and state championships.
The district is also committed to our community. When space is available and all requirements are met, including proof of insurance, community groups may reserve time in our schools. See the Online Request for Facility Use tab below for additional information.
Millard uses an online facility scheduling software, Community Use, to submit requests to use our facilities. The first time that you access Community Use, you will create a Community Use account that must be approved by the district. Once approved, you will access your account to complete and submit a facility request. You can find directions on how to register with Community Use and other information regarding facility usage below. Call 402.715.8378 for more information.
Organizations are required to follow any state or county Directed Health Measures and City Ordinances in place as well as all MPS health and safety guidance. The facility use requestor is responsible for assuring the requirements are followed. If I have a question regarding these guidelines, I will contact the district activities office.

This link will take you to the Facility Use Calendar for the district. You can filter the calendar by school. YMCA teams sign up for practice slots through the YMCA directly. It is the coaches responsibility to make sure "YMCA practice" is listed on the calendar for the day and time you signed up for. If it is not listed you can not practice because the school is unavailable. You may also see "School Event / IBU" listed this also means the gym is unavailable.
