Millard Wellness Program Details - The only requirement is to complete a wellness screening within the wellness program window.
Wellness program window: July 1, 2023 - May 31, 2024.
Register for your Quest account to complete your wellness screening. (first-time users). Your User ID is ME(employee number). If you do not know your employee number, contact HR. It is not your badge number.

Nebraska Public Employees Retirement System (NPERS) - The State Retirement plan is mandatory for all benefit-eligible employees. NPERS Customer Service 1-800-245-5712. Use the NPERS web portal to access the School Retirement Handbook, retirement forms, and use the benefit estimator. Contact customer service for specific retirement questions.
