Staff Development

Leadership & Learning provides professional learning opportunities for all MPS Employees. Millard Public Schools utilizes Better and Better, an online registration system, for District professional learning sessions. Please review the Leadership & Learning Newsletter or Better and Better for additional offerings through out the year.

Required Training

The required training for the 2022-23 school year is now available.  This year, our required trainings are:

Title IX & Professional Boundaries - This training is required for all staff members and will be completed online.

Suicide Awareness & Prevention - This training is required for staff who have direct contact with students and will be completed through The Jason Foundation website. 

Drug-free Workplace - This training will be completed in-person. The training will be delivered in your building by a member of the Human Resource team. Your administrator will provide more details on the date and time of your training.
