Kindergarten and New Family Registration

Do you need to register a NEW student  and you do not currently have a student attending a Millard Public School? Please select this link:

After you select the link, select "More Options" and select "Create a New Account" and follow the prompts to register your students.

If you currently have students enrolled in a Millard School and you would like to register your new kindergartener or student, please log into your ParentVue Portal and select Online Registration. You can enroll your new Kindergartener or new student and update your current students information for the 2021-2022 school year.

Preschool Program Application

Millard offers both traditional and Montessori high quality preschool programs. Children turning four (4) years old on or before July 31, 2022 may apply for the traditional program, and children who will turn three (3) or four (4) years old on or before July 31, 2022 may apply for the Montessori Preschool Program. 

To be eligible for Millard’s preschool programs, children may not have reached their 5th birthday by July 31st. Preschool is parent-pay, but it is free for qualifying families. 

Preschool application forms are due by February 15, 2022.

Kindergarten Roundup and Enrollment Information

This information is only for families that reside in the Millard boundaries. Please see the Option Enrollment Request tab below for option enrollment information.

Children who turn five (5) by July 31, 2022 are eligible to enroll in Kindergarten. If your child's birthdate falls between August 1st and October 15th, he/she would be eligible for Early Entrance testing. The testing is available to Millard residents only. For further information click here to view Policy 5100.2. Contact Kim Pirrone at 402.715.8314 or if you would like to sign your child up for testing.  

We would love to see your family at both Kindergarten Parent Nights and Roundup. 

Please note:  You must complete your child’s online registration before you can attend these two events.

If you are ready to register you kindergartener, and you have do not currently have other students registered in Millard, please select Kindergarten and New Family Pleat above. 

If you are ready to register your kindergartener and you currently have students attending school in Millard, please access Online Registration through your portal.

Current Student/Family Updates

If you have students currently enrolled in the district, you may register your new Kindergartener and update your current students by logging into the parent portal and select Online Registration in the upper right hand corner.

Within-District Transfer and Special Programs Application

For the 2022-23 school year all Millard Public School buildings will be open for within-district transfer and option enrollment applications.  

Within-district transfer applications shall be accepted through February 15, 2022 and placement of students wishing to transfer will be based on building and grade level capacity. Within-district transfer students shall be notified of their status in the first week of March. 

Option enrollment applications shall be accepted through March 15, 2022 and placement of students wishing to option into a Millard school will be considered based on remaining building and grade level capacity. Option students shall be notified of their status in the first week of April. 

Both within-district transfer and option applications are available online. Please see Board Rules 5110.1 and 5100.3 for more details. 

Student Services accepts Within-District Transfer applications for the upcoming school year any time between the first day of the current school year and February 15th. Families requesting a Within-District Transfer are notified by mail after March 1st whether their application has been accepted or denied. Student placements are made based on available space in the grade level, program, and school requested.

Please note, for consideration during the annual March placement process, the electronic Within District Transfer Form must be completed by later than 4 p.m. on February 15th. Each application is electronically time-stamped and dated upon submission

Option Enrollment Request

Online Option Enrollment for the 2022-2023 is now open.

*Please do not use this online link if you have moved OUT of the Millard district and would like your student to remain in Millard.  Please call Brooke at 402-715-8312 to obtain the proper form

Option enrollment applications shall be accepted September 1- March 15, 2022. Applications for the 2022-2023 year may be submitted via the online link between September 1st and March 15th only. You may submit ONE application per student and request ONE school ONLY. If more than one application is submitted for the same student we will only consider the first one received. 

Please note false or substantively misleading information submitted by a parent or guardian on an application to an option school district may cause the option school district to reject a previously accepted application if the rejection occurs prior to the student's attendance as an option student.

Parents and guardians requesting Option Enrollment during the option enrollment period are notified on April 1st by letter as to whether an application has been accepted, denied, or waitlisted. Please make sure you keep your address current with your application. Student placements are made based on available capacity in the grade level, program, or school requested, and in an order established by state statute.

If applying for the fall of 21-22 school year, it is considered after the state deadline and you must contact your home school district and request the form as a release needs to be obtained. The online link is ONLY for 2022-2023 not 2021-2022.
